How would you approach a work scenario in which you were presented with two deadlines that you needed to fulfil ASAP?
How would you define resilience? Do you think you're born with it or that you learn it?
question: What does proofreading entail?
Tell us about a time when you made a mistake, and how you dealt with it.
Can you give examples of when you have managed the editorial aspect of publishing?
Why do you want this position?
Since there is little professional hiring experience, the questions asked are the pretty standard set that can be found by searching for just such. There is a focus on asking about research experience though, so be ready to talk that up and really highlight the research that you have done. Brining in talented researchers sets one up to be disappointed by the nature of the work, but seems to be what they are looking for so be prepared to talk about this if you still do want to work here after seeing all the red flags.
Tell me about yourself
Mostly irrelevant to my experience in a highly offensive manner: Have you directed something before? Where did you learn to do what you do? Did you go to animation school?
