The conversations weren't terribly structured which I kind of enjoyed. A good amount of focus was on covid and my thoughts on returning to work.

here is the issue. the second phone recruitier never even got to the tangible skill set questions. rambling on about how cool the company was, blah, blah, blah. you could hear typing in the background like she was multi tasking.
