What do you know about In-Mold Rheology?
Very basic questions to see if people are well enough to work on the floor of a factory.
Many of the questions were technical questions - part design, injection molding parameters, scientific molding, machines, material properties, etc. However some were also STAR format questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
How has your past experience shaped you today.
They asked me about my resume and talked about what the project(s) that we will be working on IF I get hired and I did. Then asked me if I have experience working with Injection Molding machine and know anything about statistics. Overall, they asked a little a bit about my resume, about my personal life, and if I have experience working with the machine/software that we were going to use IF I get hired.
