Half of the questions were focussing on your failures - where you messed up and what could have been better. We're trained to 'sell our strengths' not weaknesses. Had they shared this with candidates, we could have reflected on this and provided better responses.
Always start with an open question on describing your cv (relating experience to the job you’re going for) and also why you want the job/ feel you’re a good fit. Then looks to questions against each essential criteria over 30-45 mins.
The questions are often about big issues or complex topics to see how you approach it and not just if you know the subject.
