First they will want you to develop a project at your home. They will send you the requirements of project document.They want you to develop this project in 2 hours and send them. If you are successful , u will be invited to the office to develop another project on their workplace. After examination of the second project if they find you successfull they will invite you for final interview. And if all is ok , they will make an offer to you.
