As my resume has some short work experiences, the Talent Recruiter was completely correct in asking for more insight. Such answers from me (or anyone with employment gaps, etc.) can tend to be long, but the Recruiter was adept at interjecting with questions at the right times, helping getting the answer wanted and allowing me to understand exactly what it was that was expected from my answer.
