Written test was having 5 sections covering: Grammar, Proofreading, Procedure writing (assembly of a table), Aptitude Test, Sentence restructuring, Vocabulary, Punctuation. Manager round was just a casual talk about work and myself.

I was asked about how I had handled situations where I had to give difficult feedback to somebody.
One question I was asked was how I would manage to be adaptable and handle something urgent that comes up suddenly (as this is typical in the role), while still executing everything else I need to get done.
How would you change procedures, etc. in the department if you were hired?
Language requirement wasn't necessary and a foreign language test was taken.
