Job Title: SERVICE DESK ENGINEER I
Work Location: Allied Digital Services, LLC, 680 Knox St. Suite 200, Torrance, CA 90502 or remote consideration
Work Hours (From/To): We have several shifts available: Mon-Fri 11:30-8:30, Mon-Fri 12-9pm Sat-Tues 11am-10pm,
Thurs-Sun 4am-3pm
Hourly Rate: ($19-24 depending on experience)
Reports To (Title): Service Desk Manager
Supervision Received: General Supervision- indicates that the incumbent develops procedures for performance of variety of duties; or performs complex duties within established policy guidelines
Job Description: The position of Bilingual Service Desk Engineer (English and Spanish) assists end-users in identifying and solving complex problems related to computers, hardware, software and other related items via the telephone, email, chat and remote desktop support.

Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (REQUIRED)
A+ Hardware and Software Certifications (DESIRED)
N+ (Network, Plus) (DESIRED)
MCP Microsoft Certified Professional) (DESIRED)
Minimum Work Experience Requirements # of months or years: 1 Year
Industry background: Experience in providing technical services to support end-users’ computer hardware & software needs. Demonstrated ability to work within a customer service environment.
