Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a BCBA, you will:

• Provide services in homes, schools, the community, and in a newly opening clinic-based setting in Lancaster, PA.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, EFL, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Design individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize client progress.
• Provide targeted parent training to support families with strategies for their child's development and behavior.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current on ABA best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (BSL).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• New BCBAs highly encouraged to apply, mentorship and development opportunities provided.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a commitment to collaboration.
• Reliable, organized, and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and when writing.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform clinical decisions.
• Successful completion of a background check, as required by payors, governing bodies and relevant state regulations (fingerprinting, criminal, child abuse).
• Successful clearance of tuberculosis (TB) test.
• Reliable transportation to travel between various worksites.
