Biomedical Engineering & Healthcare - Customer Support Admin

Location: 100% On Site
Contract: 1 yr, with possible extension
Shift Details: Rotating Shift [6am – 3pm/ 8am 5-pm/ 10am – 7pm] 2 weeks shifts
Education: Bachelor's Degree – Biomedical/ Mech/ Elec Engineer Degree (great opportunity for new grads)
Duties: Troubleshoot, Intake calls from patience, doctors, sells reps (Call Center environment / Inbound calls)
Experience: 3-5 yrs work related experience, Admin, customer service, dealing with patient records (HIPPA) complaint and resolution
Key Skills: Multitask, teamwork, customer service, Typing, phone etiquette, proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
