Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Developer - AI Trainer to join our cutting-edge technology team. Duties

• Develop, train, and optimize AI models using languages such as Python and C++, ensuring they meet project specifications and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing software systems via RESTful APIs and other interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure supporting AI training environments on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Implement robust data pipelines utilizing SQL, MySQL, and other database technologies to support machine learning workflows.
• Contribute to agile development cycles by participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration using GitHub, Git, SVN, and other version control tools.
• Design and develop front-end components with React Express, JavaScript, and front-end development best practices for user-facing AI tools.
• Ensure security compliance through RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) policies while managing sensitive data in Linux-based environments.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in quantum engineering, application development, and software architecture to enhance AI training processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, C#, and Java.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management across cloud services like AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with web development frameworks including React Express and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub, Git, SVN; knowledge of application deployment on Linux environments is essential.
• Knowledge of database management using SQL and MySQL; experience working with large datasets for machine learning is preferred.
• Experience with front-end development tools including VBA or .NET frameworks is a plus.
• Background in quantum engineering or related advanced technical fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work within Agile teams focusing on continuous improvement and iterative development cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Pay: $39.13 - $47.13 per hour
