      I felt i was paid very fairly

      Cons

      It was a pretty chaotic work environment. Constantly making changes, never really know who is making decisions. Benefits weren’t very good, I’d say below industry standard.

      Better incentive opportunities for sales team members. Free lunches at least one day of the week.

      Cons

      Poor transparency, communication, and strategy. Limited growth for non-sales staff. Confusing and outdated merit increase system. Missing culture. Lack of planning.
