Pros

If you want a job for 90 days then go for it.

Cons

They don’t know how to train new employees. They end up taking the last hour of the day and try to fit all the training in there. Horrible management. Employees will talk behind your back and the management will be looking for a new person to take your job before they even fire you. If one of their friends wants your job they will fire you and then hire them. Don’t take a new position they are trying out because they are not organized enough to have an actual job layed out.

Pros

There's something to learn from every experience you have in life. The lesson here was what red flags you should look for when deciding what company to work for... I was woo'd by a very savvy sales person.

Cons

Financials. Ethics. Leadership. Operations. Strategy... I was told the company was in a period of massive growth and that they were planning on quadrupling the company in the next 3 years. Come to find out, BI's financial strength wasn't even close to what I was told and they don't have the money to even pay their employees. The company merged with through a massive merger without performing any due diligence. There's no accountability in their operations. Sales goals are not aligned to profitability. Communication is sporadic and confusing at best. I saw multiple people hired and fired within weeks of starting because they didn't have the approval or money to add the headcount. The 2 Brothers who founded the company are emotional spineless jellyfish. Mark, in particular, cries multiple times per week and hasn't made an actual decision in well over 4 years.

Pros

I can’t even begin to describe the unethical, unkind, terrible behavior that happens within this organization. Do not ever consider working there. You won’t get paid and you won’t be treated with respect.

Cons

Unethical, deceitful, unkind, and generally awful
