      Pros

      The vast majority of the people I worked with were the best I had the pleasure to work with my entire career. Phenomenal and decent people. A pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      A few years ago there were some management changes. And most recently they were acquired by a Private Equity firm. The entire mood of the place changed and so many perplexing decisions were made. Scary layoffs killed the mood.

      Ok filler role but not ideal here is why

      Remote. Great time off. No micromanagement if you are doing your job and have the right manager. Decent culture and opportunity to make bonus $

      Cons

      Solution does not work for everyone. Certain sales reps make more because they act like the solution is life changing. Most the time this is definitely not the case. Some those same reps are used as examples as great call recordings. Don't be surprised when that sale cancels.
