* Salaries are terrible, experienced and senior people get paid like testers in other companies.
* Very few opportunities to progress once you reach a certain position. If you are lucky enough you may get a Lead position but that's about it, and the extra work and responsibilities don't come with the appropriate increase in salary.
* The company has a policy of almost only hiring students and interns (stagiaires
) because apparently are very cheap but they don't realise the amount of time wasted by senior people in teaching that goes to waste every 3 to 6 months because very few of them are actually recruited at the end of their internship.
* Because of all the above, every 3 or 4 years there is a kind of brain drain where the senior people start to realise the situation and look for better opportunities elsewhere, which means that all the talent and things you've built up for a project are lost and have to be rebuilt again, putting even further pressure on the people that stays because now they have to do more with less.
* Some people seem to have a direct line with management / CEO that allows them to pitch any project and get away with it, whereas other people is never given that opportunity.
* Despite being well communicated by train and even car/bus, be prepared to spend between 40 min to 1h30 to get to work everyday.
* Very few or limited company benefits.
