Poor pay Bad vacation/days off policies Poor insurance coverage for an insurance company! Poor management New managers have 20+ employees with no experience to manage them No support for welcoming new employees Employees don't care about supporting new hires No onboarding plan whatsoever Newcomers are left to fend for themselves in a sea of 55k employees To many layers, no one knows what their jobs actually entitles Completely absurd company structure and ways of working Managers take zero responsibility for newcomers failing to integrate their teams and rather let them go than support them
