Pros

- Great people - Remote work

Cons

I'm a very adaptable person and I'm all for change but the constant changes and shifts in leadership and priorities is ridiculous. The work you spend hours/weeks on just goes down the drain because of a "change in direction." Product and engineering are NOT aligned. The product strategy shifts constantly. No one knows what's going on or trusts the product roadmap. The release process is way too complicated, over-engineered, and just a complete mess. The company culture here is literally non-existent. This has been the most draining company I've ever worked for. EVERYTHING is a priority and you're expected to just get the work done in a very short timefeame. The expectations are unrealistic. We're trying to maintain and grow three ATS's with not enough employees to maintain all three. No one has the bandwidth. Acquiring three ATSs was just dumb and is not sustainable.

Pros

by the time i left, absolutely none

Cons

- useless leadership, constantly changing personnel and ideas. they also have no idea what's going on ever within any of their teams - training is quite literally nonexistent - team manager was unhelpful, was so disconnected from being a BDR, just cancels 1x1s and has no idea how to lead or generate new business. he also drinks the kool aid so badly - no promotion path for BDRs, they just hire externally and when there was an opening the company would never backfill

markets the company as people first, then lays off people for "AI"

Pros

Remote work, that is it.

Cons

The c-suite (when they last more than a year) and senior management are bafflingly incompetent. Priorities and direction change constantly, we literally have products that don't work and there are product name inconsistencies, both internal and external, that have existed for years because leadership can't make up their minds. It's an enormous joke. The culture is extremely toxic, brown nosers are clearly favored over capable individuals who don't constantly suck up in large meetings with leadership present. As the review title alludes to, they just laid something like a couple dozen people off this week, we don't know how many because they actively keep information from us, to "revolutionize" the engineering department by using AI while actively marketing the products as "putting people first." You can't be "people first" when you lay 20 people off to save money by using some LLM instead. This is hands down the most chaotic, poorly run company I have ever worked for. It's embarrassing.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this—feedback like this is important, even when it’s tough to hear. There’s no question the recent changes, particularly within engineering, have been disruptive. Change is part of how companies evolve, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy, and we understand the impact it’s had on your day-to-day experience. If you’re open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to hear more about your experience and perspective.
