Pros

Nothing positive to say here, i'll let the reader draw their own conclusion from what I say below, as I lived all of it.

Cons

After over 6 years of employment in a key position for this company I was treated miserably. And this at the same time I was being told by a top company exec "you are the reason we have had the success we've had on this property"....while at the same time other management elements are telling me if my performance doesn't improve i'll be let go....completely incongruent, made no sense. Pure politics, the "old skirt network" at it's worst. I don't care how many good reviews they get, in the end I was completely disrespected. Point is even if your numbers and metrics are good with them, and mine were consistently good for a long time, it won't matter if you aren't one of their "chosen" people. I know it's like that in a lot of places, but I expected much better after over 6 years of employment. I have permanent scars in my back from the knife wounds I got working for that company, and tire marks from the bus I was thrown under. Pure politics.

Cons

Those who are averse to change may not enjoy working here. AMLI is constantly upgrading and making changes.
