      great culture, good paychecks, good people, top-notch technology, one of the best places to work and learn, managers are open to let you switch roles easily so you will not feel stuck in a project if you do not like.

      not much to say, maybe company can increase the paychecks specifically for people who show loyalty and stay for long time.
