Pros
Remote, weekends off, health insurance, 401k, pto but it’s hard to build up because you end up using your days due to burnout.
Cons
Honestly, the worst job I’ve ever had. If you don’t like your work day being controlled, monitored and scrutinized down to every second of your day, then stay away. This company was in financial trouble last year and has been bailed out by investors, so they only cares about profit. Strict metrics using Workforce Management is the vehicle they utilize, so there is no human component to it. As a matter of fact, they are now making us do more work with no change in pay by combining call centers and incorporating AI. When people quit, which they always do because turnover is EXTREMELY high, they aren’t hiring people to replace them, making the work day unbearable with non-stop with back to back calls. To top it off, they started implementing the point system to punish employees when they call off.
There is favoritism, so forget about getting a promotion or other opportunities.
No schedule flexibility.
The work culture is in the toilet.
