Pros
Great benefits. Decent pay. Most of the people there are great to work with but the very few ruin it for the rest.
Cons
Chaos. Pure and simple. Inventory is out of control, no strictly followed or developed business processes, project meeting are tailored to be a venue for throwing one another under the bus and an to come up with a story for justifying skewed and behind schedule timelines presented to upper management, everyone is in constant fire fighting mode, management doesn't know how to work together - each department is at each other's throat, some managers are major micro managers where as others are totally hands off... Simply there is no direction, no vision. It is understood that in order to make money product must go out the door. But doing the same incorrect, non-value added routine day in and day out is good for no one.
