Great work/life balance and flexibility when needed Opportunity to voice concerns or ideas and management listens and helps to determine ways to bring the ideas to life People are genuinely nice and always willing to help or point in the right direction

Cons

Many people don't know how cool or awesome Autodesk is so there's a gap when trying to explain

Pros

The work-life balance and the work are just great. Professional colleagues

Cons

None really at this point. There were layoffs that were hard on people but otherwise it is a great company

Pros

Great people. Good benefits. Remote work.

Cons

Trying not to be "sour grapes" as I was laid off yesterday. But, it's worth noting that in 7 years, the job got worse. Year after year. If it weren't for Revit & AutoCad subscription renewals, the AECO story at Autodesk would be very different. Promoting shiny baubles at AU or on LinkedIn while front line/customer facing employees bear the brunt of a patchwork of disconnected back end systems where data is impossible to find, a pricing structure based on fiction that clients hate, and an out of touch leadership team. Yearly changes in sales methodologies, bloated process, etc makes for a challenging work environment. Writing was on the wall 3 years ago- no more RSU's, no back fill to lost positions, more work, less chance to achieve success.
