Pros
Some of the smartest people in the industry are here. Most coworkers were genuinely kind, supportive, and hard working. The benefits are extremely generous and hard to match elsewhere. The mission to improve the web is meaningful. Depending on your role, it might even be possible to make an impact.
Cons
The culture has grown toxic and sometimes rewards performativeness over actual performance. Lack of organization can make it difficult to execute ideas that require collaboration between two or more teams. Teams are stretched thin with limited resources; you will have the budget and personnel of a startup, with the slowness of an enterprise, and that can be a frustrating combination. The company is not growing financially at a healthy pace and there's no indication that's going to change soon.
