      Pros

      Great work life balance. Used to have a lot of good people around you, colleagues and bosses were good.

      Cons

      Have to play a lot of politics to get promoted. If you don’t suck up to C-level, increments and promotions are very hard to get. Too many foreigners at a GLC, local Malaysians are sidelined if you do not suck up to them.
