      Easy to get up to speed at the job, provides basic lab experience for enhancing a resume if looking for more advanced lab work

      Cons

      Little to no chance for advancement, lack of respect from management towards temp workers. This lab functions much more like an assembly line than like an actual laboratory.

      Pros

      Great pay for the work, great benefits, get either 2 or 3 days off at a time, twice a year shutdowns, good coworkers, no rotating days and nights

      Cons

      Can be stressful, long hours (12 hrs shifts), not paid for twice a year shut downs you have to use vacation to get paid
