The company violates labor law and makes you sign agreements that puts you in a position to pay them if you leave or get fired. Read everything you sign. They do everything not to pay you what they owe, cut your wages for any reason they choose, and put you on a 90-day probation so that they won't pay any benefits, give you very few hours, and expect you to work for tips only. They provide no special training; it's a glorified super cut.
