Pros

The clients were great & tips were amazing! Lots of Drs, lawyers, business man, etc.

Cons

Worst management ever. Corporate & in the salon. Wayyyy too much drama. HR & corporate could have cared less about anything going on. They care what’s going in their bank account. Empty promises, raises are challenge to get, dead end job. They really know how to push the good workers out and keep the toxic employees. You can have all the proof in the world, still don’t care. Working for this place brings out the worst in you. You’re better off doing free haircuts on the street corner. You’ll get wayyy more respect. The pay isn’t great, and they give new stylists more money an hour vs the stylists that have been there years cause they’re ‘desperate’ for people. I can go on and on why to not work here. Find out for yourself tho. Good luck.

Pros

You get paid hourly, it varies according to your experience. Monthly product commission only if you sell a particular amount. 1 hour lunches weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends. Customers are great.

Cons

my experience is deeply concerning. I'm experiencing, what I believe to be workplace mobbing, income sabotage through unequal walk-in distribution, and leadership failing to correct repeated hostile behavior. After raising concerns internally, the environment doesn't improve. Instead, I experience , retaliation that directly impacted my earnings. Management was made aware of the issues, but no meaningful corrective action was taken. Based on my experience, this isn't a psychologically safe or professionally supportive workplace. I would advise prospective employees to ask detailed questions about leadership oversight, conflict resolution, and walk-in distribution policies before accepting a position.
