Expect extremely poor work-life balance and constant messages at all hours. The company reorganizes frequently, so roles, titles, and managers change constantly. I’ve had three of each in under a year. Onboarding and documentation are minimal, yet expectations are unrealistically high. Complex assignments are often given with 24-hour turnaround times, and managers regularly offload their responsibilities downward. Senior leadership prioritizes weekly reporting and status updates, so much of your time is spent producing decks instead of doing meaningful work. Internal communication is weak, mentorship is almost nonexistent, and the environment can feel isolating and high-pressure.
