Pros

Not a single Pro I could say during my journey

Cons

No Growth , No Salary Hikes , No culture, 5 Days working. They don't discuss or take Feedback from employees before forcing Policies. Top level management is non technical, most of the so called technical manager wouldn't have written a single line of code ever. No hybrid model , stressful job , no real work just show off. No one listens in this company , they just force you , people are leaving this company since 2, years now , not a single person was retained because they want you to exit. Someone should explain them what is difference between blue colour and white colour employees.

Pros

Strong Benefits Package: Frequently cited as the top pro, particularly a generous 401k matching program (often noted as 70% of the first 10% plus an additional 5% contribution). Work-Life Flexibility: Many employees appreciate flexible work schedules, including a hybrid 3-day work-from-home model in some locations and a year-end corporate shutdown. Supportive Coworkers: Reviews consistently mention a collaborative and friendly work environment with "great people" and a sense of camaraderie among team members. Global Exposure: Opportunities to work on innovative products (agriculture and construction equipment) with multinational teams and cross-regional projects

Cons

Management and Leadership: A major recurring theme is poor management and a lack of clear strategic direction from upper leadership. Stagnant Pay and Raises: Numerous reviews highlight a lack of annual cost-of-living adjustments or merit-based raises. Employees often feel they must change positions internally to see any significant salary increase. Limited Career Growth: Many employees perceive advancement as difficult, noting that promotions can feel based on "favoritism" or "inner circles" rather than pure merit. Outdated Processes: The company is sometimes described as slow to innovate, with bureaucratic hurdles and "siloed" departments that hinder efficiency. Inconsistent Workload: Some departments report high-pressure environments with long hours and frequent travel, leading to potential burnout
