Pros

You can land some easy roles, but you will be transferred to every single other role out there and held to a higher standard than those that occupy those roles.

Cons

Management will not let you stay within your role for any substantial length of time. There will always be some sort of team struggling and it will be your responsibility to do your work for them. There is high favoritism and outside hiring for high level roles does nothing to help the fact that there are people who do not understand their own jobs. This is why there are also so many layoffs with most jobs going to CHIP.

The culture of the company was amazing and I had a lot of access to great leaders.

Cons

Sometimes you have to wait for others to move up, so that you can gain a promotion.

Pros

PTO, health insurance, 401k, and flexibility with taking time off within reason. That probably depends on the management of where you are. I have great co-workers and the job is enjoyable for me.

Cons

Pay is ridiculously low for a company that makes millions upon millions of money and is steadily acquiring other companies and adding services. Upper management seems out of touch. The cost of insurance has increased tremendously but the pay has not. In this economy, that's a crime. CEO makes millions but his employees are struggling. They penny pinch for the smallest things as though they can't afford it.
