Pros
The strong ethical culture and supportive coworkers and management make the company a great place to work. It is so nice to work at a place where there is no office drama and management genuinely cares about the employees. My coworkers are a joy to work with and there are many social opportunities throughout the year. I also appreciate that the company helps employees grow and develop professionally. It is very rewarding when I can help our great customers with their security needs.
Cons
I don’t see any negatives about working here. If you are considering working here, know that you will be expected to pull your load and follow a high ethical standard. However, I view this as a positive because it helps maintain a healthy, happy workplace.
