Loads. They treat people like robots not humans. The get rid of you at the drop of a hat after 40 years worth of loyal service near retirement age and pushed out the back door, like your a nobody, so they are ageists and they are not advocates for mental health, instead of offering support, they go through the constructive dismissal route, how nice are they. There is also a high blame culture, instead of managers owning up to their own mistakes, they will blame it on their staff instead.
