The reason for flexibility is the lack of planning from the leadership. It means the blurred boundary between work and life. Sometimes you will need to work over the weekend and even worse work till 2AM in the office and then drive back home for the whole week WITHOUT overtime pay! This poorly managed and abusive company doesn’t deserve good and hardworking employees on a below average salary with no bonus. Also the HR said the access to workday for former employees will be sent to your personal emails to allow access to paystub and w2, which has never happened.
