There were ongoing safety concerns related to the parking garage, including repeated mechanical failures and reports of vehicle break-ins. Many employees felt their concerns were not adequately addressed. Overall, I would strongly encourage prospective employees to ask direct questions about promotion transparency, confidentiality practices, and employee safety before accepting a role
