Management will skirt the rules and even go behind HRs back. HR will not take appropriate action if it is upper management and you will be an outcast for speaking up. Management will question you about medical appointments, suggest going against medical advice if it benefits them, and treats employees with disabilities poorly. Policies apply to some employees but not others. The culture revolves around cliques and drinking. There are a lot of office politics involved. The job will seem great at first but after a few months the facade will drop.
