Business Outlook
Pros
Very clear and efficient onboarding and recruitment process. Interviews were well organized and I felt ready for the first days of a new job. Since then the first few months have been busy. Lots to learn and my team and others have been very nice, friendly and willing to answer my many questions.
Cons
Like many companies, most of the teams I work with are remote which I expected. However, that does make getting to know people and learning about the company culture a little more difficult.
