Pros

Full benefits Management training program Annual company trip for top sellers and sales leaders Publicly-traded Remote Work, equipment provided Encouraged access to earnings calls

Cons

The Medicare Advantage and Part D markets face ongoing regulatory and competitive headwinds, which often require sudden shifts in strategy and operations. Lead sourcing for Medicare Advantage feels similar to what's common across the industry (IYKYK)—not better or worse than peers in my view. Final Expense lead quality is comparable to other players in the space. The least stressful positions tend to be in non-sales roles, like support, admin, or corporate functions—sales and leadership carry high pressure. Company restructurings happen regularly, often leading to role changes or layoffs that are described as unrelated to individual performance.

Pros

Great training & experience from managers & teammates for Inbound & Outbound Sales Advocacy. It was worth more than a 4-year college in the subject of sales via excellent data, rapport & service!

Cons

While I was even THE #1 top outbound advocate in 2022, I was STILL RIF'd also in 2022! Realizing their error, they hired me back 2 months later. Continued as a consistent top performer, but along with so many other HIGH PERFORMERS , RIF'd AGAIN in a repeated very cold fashion. Severance pay given, but NO BONUS.
