Working with famous brands, collaborating with some of the most talented creative minds, and getting to make products that bring magic and joy to people's lives is an amazing and addictive feeling. Plus the hybrid structure and the PTO/my5days program are amazing for working families or travel lovers.

Senior leadership treats the company like their personal playground and often makes questionable decisions that negatively impact the business. Layoffs and re-organization of the business are regular occurrences, with only the top brass who don't actually make anything of profit being offered job security. When they semi-recently remodeled their corporate building, teams were told that asking for trash bins and water fountains in their work areas was "too much."
