Det som en gång var ett företag som brydde sig om sina anställda, och det kunde märkas, har nu ersatts av girighet och ChatGPT-meddelanden om hur mycket de bryr sig om dig utan att anstränga sig för att omsätta det i handling.

I had a positive experience overall. The company is well-organized, and I appreciated the structured training and clear communication. My managers were helpful and supportive, and I worked with great colleagues. I always felt I had backup from the office when I needed it. There also seems to be a possibility for growth within the company, at least in some areas.

Window cleaning, especially in harder-to-reach areas, sometimes felt unsafe due to lack of proper security measures. It's also a physically demanding job, and the salary doesn’t always reflect the effort required. While the office staff were friendly, the majority were Swedish, which made me question whether real opportunities existed to grow into office roles as an immigrant.
