Pros
Pay was decent, work was good before the mass layoffs.
Cons
They do not stick to their word, job security is slim. CEO stated they would not replace employees with AI, which they have. Stated they would never charge a job seeker for services, which they currently do. After rounds of mass layoffs without any warning your job turned into the job that 5 people were originally doing, while being micromanaged.
