Stressful - Anonymous employee Indigo Sun Employee Review

I hate the fact I'm in myself for 8 hours at a time without a break. Don't feel safe as dodgy people come in and you are encouraged to not phone the police if something happens. Cashing up is normally a supervisor / manager role and part time staff must do this at the end of every shift, which is too much responsibility. Staff encouraged to grass each other in, and there's no direct contact with management which makes it a paranoid / stressful place to work. Getting shifts covered is a nightmare and I work full consecutive weekends.
