Good job - Utility Technician Liberty Employee Review

I read the reviews before during and after I started working here and I really guess it depends on the location, I'm on the west coast and I do really enjoy my job. I enjoy helping people I enjoy providing an essential service, I enjoy being on the phone. The pay can definitely be better but the job security is there. My coworkers definitely keep me save I've grown to care for them alot.

Customers can be very rude that is pretty much the worst part of the job keeping your cool even if you have a hot customer. Things do seem to change alot so the communication has to be clear in order to stay in the loop

Benefits are knock it out of the park. The people you work with daily are salt of the earth.

If you are a current employee and get promoted the company is going to increase your pay as little as possible. If you are being hired externally the compensation package is pretty solid. However, often times the wont offer more the minimum due to internal employees being underpaid and overworked. The company has been going through consistent restructuring since 2023 with no end in sight. There have been three rounds of layoffs since middle of last year. Nothing is consistent. One day you may be doing one process and the next something completely different.
