Absolutely loved the work environment and the collaborative team culture. I gained hands-on exposure to real client campaigns and learned how creative ideas are developed, adapted, and executed at a global agency.

Because the agency moves very fast, there was occasionally limited time for deeper involvement in every stage of a project. Some work was deadline-driven, which could feel intense during peak campaign periods.
