The culture is collaborative and people‑focused, allowing me to partner closely with managers and teams to help them feel confident and prepared. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, and I’ve consistently felt trusted and empowered to lead initiatives, expand my skills, and influence training programs that directly support the organization
