Most of the people are great and truly want to do a good job and make a difference.
Cons
My toxic leader was constantly “ignored” while her team suffered and crumbled one by one and honest exit interviews yet nothing was ever done. Part of the culture is to reward high achievers and my leader encouraged back stabbing, credit stealing, data fabricating, etc just to “look good” and would help those who did this get ahead and those who didn’t were pushed out. This is the most narcissistic and toxic leader I have ever worked for and shame on Nestle for looking the other way.
