Pros
PTC is a great company to work for. With supportive benefits packages and a friendly culture, you can definitely tell that the management cares and strives to create a healthy work-life balance while still meeting production deadlines.
Cons
The technical debt in documentation is rough. There is some pieces of documentation where it is necessary but the rest of the learning curve is steep. Unfortunately, technical debt in the area of documentation is far too common and an sadly somewhat inevitable part of being a technology company in this day; can't blame PTC solely.
