Pros

Coworker(s) are like family. Team building events/exercises. Woot Woot Cart (Snack cart)

New attendance policy, which was retroactively activated for 2024. The policy was to begin on 02/24/2025 and nowhere in the policy does it state that they will be reaching backward into attendance history and count against an employee. They DO NOT accommodate for temporary employees, and coworkers who suffer from ADHD, Widow's Brain, or any mental health concerns is not addressed and are told to leave them at the door. Skewed productivity reports, which do not account for a slow month or lack of work. I myself was told that I am not working fast enough, and told to speed up and if many mistakes are made with my sped up work speed, I get berated for doing so, and told to slow down. So which is it? Slow down or hurry up? 1 on 1 meetings with the manager and getting berated to the point I cry and them not caring. PAY IS A JOKE! $17.50/PER HR
