Pros

My first months at PepsiCo have been very positive. I experienced an excellent onboarding process, which helped me quickly integrate into both the company and its values. From the beginning, I have felt welcomed and supported, and I was introduced to a strong and inspiring working culture. I have had the opportunity to learn from talented and knowledgeable colleagues, which has contributed greatly to my personal and professional development. The working environment is collaborative and motivating, and I have continuously been encouraged to do my best while being provided with valuable tools and guidance for the future. Overall, PepsiCo offers strong working conditions for students starting in a position like mine, along with good opportunities for learning, growth, and future career development.

Cons

As with any new role, it took some time to fully understand internal processes and ways of working. In the first weeks, this occasionally meant needing extra guidance or clarification. However, the open and supportive working environment made it easy to ask questions and continuously improve.

Pros

Smart boss, approved working remotely

Cons

I had a horrible on-boarding experience. Because the previous employee in my position was there for over 10+ years, management was not clear with what programs I needed to do my job. It took months just to sort it out. My first paycheck was delayed because of incorrect on-boarding. The whole department worked remotely therefore there was a serious disconnect with other colleagues which led to not feeling supported. For being in a department that is suppose to be "for" the employees, it sure felt like they didn't give a rats "a" about me. The company also did a restructure of titles which did not correlate with the work. All admins were changed to "coordinator" which was insulting, especially when I am known to be an Sr. Executive Assistant. Lastly, they pay what would be considered "under poverty level" for the region/county I was located.
