Pros

Unlimited vacation, bonuses at the end of the year.

Cons

The company has declined sharply over the past several years. The push to force everyone back into the office is completely unnecessary. Senior leadership (Sr. Director level and above) is abysmal—they show zero concern for frontline employees. They’ve received consistently terrible scores on internal surveys and refuse to make any meaningful changes. Go find a place that actually values and recognizes your efforts.

Pros

not applicable to be sincere ..

Cons

bad leadership at every level…unrealistic timelines…no training/mentorship…every other week the VP will join team meeting and gaslight you for not using some mediocre and bad tools… very fake environment.. where “leads” will act like they want 2 help but won’t or can’t … everyone is over worked.. very normal for leads to yell at people..or gaslight you.. they love to push people…aka overwork and everything is due yesterday and “urgent”.. this DOES NOT mean challenging technical work..this means fake fires and last minute requests daily.. pte mobile is really a mess and can’t even say it’s worth it..you will not learn a good skills because us team is basically a front for india team doing a lot of work behind the scenes..this means also a lot of late night meetings with teams abroad.. one “celebration” of the last year was the removal of sunday evening meetings..if you have other options go there..if you don’t..never stop applying .. if you are interviewing here…they will say that they are working on innovating tech (but this group..not really)…are addressing wlb/concerns…which is not really true..a suggestion…reach out to teams on linkedin and see if this is worth it 4 u
