Pros

Great atmosphere with a lot of experience throughout the company. Management is very well connected with their employees, and is very flexible with their needs.

Cons

Wells Fargo tends to micromanage RCIS, and implements a lot of unnecessary policies that frustrates many of the RCIS employees. When higher up gets involved in operating procedures, it feels like decisions are made by people who don't necessarily understand the crop insurance business, but would rather keep Wells Fargo brand reputation high (although if you actually worked there, you would realize Wells Fargo is not as good as their commercials). Zurich is now taking over, so there is lots of happy employees within the company!

Pros

-Comprehensive benefits package that supports employee health, wellness, and future financial security. -Summer hours on Fridays; during the summer the company gives two hours off work every Friday during the summer. -Strong work-life balance is achievable for those in fully remote roles. While hybrid schedules are available, in-office days can often be high-pressure and less conducive to productivity.

Cons

-Inadequate compensation and low annual pay increases for the role performed. -Inadequate training resources and support. -Limited opportunities for career advancement. -Laid off with no consideration of placement in other departments. -Started removal of fully remote positions; Immediately laid off remote staff that did not reside near a home office.
